This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User,” “you,” or “your”) and Quotes Trade Master 9 Technology (“TM9,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your use of the TM9 trading platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

TM9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. TM9 retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to TM9's trademarks, trade names, logos, or any other intellectual property.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as expressly permitted by TM9.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where such actions are expressly permitted by law.
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices on the Software.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software to any third party.
• Use the Software to develop a competing product or service.

4. Updates and Modifications

TM9 may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software. Such updates may be required for continued use of the Software. TM9 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your installation, access, or use of the Software and will remain in effect until terminated. TM9 may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete or destroy all copies in your possession.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TM9, its affiliates, and its licensors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software, even if TM9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. TM9 is not responsible for any financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, or any other money-related activities associated with your trading account. All financial transactions are conducted directly between you and the third-party broker integrated into the TM9 platform. The broker is solely responsible for processing payments, executing trades, and managing withdrawals. By using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that TM9 does not handle, control, or manage funds, and any issues related to financial transactions must be resolved directly with the broker. TM9 disclaims any liability arising from delayed, failed, or incorrect financial transactions conducted by the broker.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. TM9 does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. User Data and Privacy

TM9 may collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
